Return & Cancellation Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, that is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 40 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it arrived.

  • Normal handling of the product is acceptable; however, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important (e.g. underwear, swimwear) were thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • The return process begins immediately if the product was found to be defective upon receipt.

  • We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs.

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognised within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of items if we suspect that the items have been used or were damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must proceed as follows to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email includes the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of breakage or defect

  • Customer's full name

  • Customer's delivery address

We will then respond and provide you with the correct return address.

Do not return the item to the sender address on the parcel. We will inform you of the correct address only after your return request has been reviewed.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Cancellation

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) has received the final goods in your order.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once the order has been dispatched.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sovereign Manchester) of your decision to cancel this contract by clear written statement (e.g. email).

Cancellation becomes effective only once we have received the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders Already in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary.
If the order is already on its way to you, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please wait until the goods are delivered and then initiate the return process.
You may still notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure that your return is processed quickly, please send us a confirmation of shipment once the returned item has been dispatched.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer.

  • The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or confirmation of return dispatch.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

  • Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund itself.
